How much is a Telegram Star?
There are two prices. When you buy Stars in the app, a small pack of 50 Stars costs about $0.99, roughly 2 cents per Star; the exact price depends on the app store, the payment method and your country. When a channel, bot or creator withdraws Stars they earned, Telegram's developer documentation lists $13 per 1,000 Stars (about $0.013 each), paid in Gram (GRAM, formerly TON) through Fragment. The same documentation gives $14.10 as the price of 1,000 Stars; small in-app packs usually cost more.

Withdrawing earned Stars
- Only Stars earned by a channel, bot or creator can be withdrawn; Stars you buy are for spending inside Telegram.
- A withdrawal needs at least 1,000 Stars, and earned Stars are commonly reported to become available 21 days after you receive them.
- The payout goes through Fragment to a TON wallet and arrives in Gram, the coin called TON until June 2026; converting Gram to cash is a separate step with its own fees.
