How the comparison works
- Cost per 1,000 views (CPM) = price ÷ average views per post × 1,000. Lower means cheaper reach.
- Views / subscribers shows how much of the audience actually sees a post. A channel far below the others may have many inactive subscribers; views above the subscriber count need an explanation.
Where to get average views
Look at the view counter on the channel's last 10–20 regular posts (not pinned or viral ones) and take a typical value. Ask the owner for a statistics screenshot if the channel has Telegram statistics. Our engagement rate calculator and channel audit help check whether the numbers look natural.
Before you pay
- Agree on the post time, how long it stays at the top and whether it may be deleted.
- Use a separate invite link per channel so you can measure joins.
- After the campaign, compare real results with the promotion results calculator.

Frequently asked questions
How do I compare Telegram ad prices?
Divide each price by the channel's average views per post and multiply by 1,000. The result, cost per 1,000 views, lets you compare channels of different sizes.
Is a cheaper CPM always better?
No. Reach only helps if the audience fits your topic. Use CPM to shortlist, then check the channel's recent posts and audience.
Why are views lower than subscribers?
Not every subscriber opens every post. A channel whose views are much lower than similar channels may have many inactive or fake subscribers.
Can views be higher than subscribers?
Yes, when posts are forwarded or found through search, but on regular posts it is unusual and worth asking about.
Is my data saved?
No. The comparison runs in your browser.
