Ad results report
After an ad runs, send the advertiser a short report. It builds trust and repeat orders. Record views at fixed times (24 and 48 hours) so every report is comparable.
What a good Telegram media kit includes
- Who reads it: topic, language and, only if your statistics show it, the main countries.
- Real reach: average views per post matter more than the subscriber count. Use a typical recent post, not your best one.
- Formats and prices: for example 1/24 (one hour at the top of the channel, 24 hours in the feed) or 2/48. Write exactly what each format means.
- Rules: topics you do not accept, and whether you write or edit the ad text.
- Proof on request: be ready to send screenshots of your channel statistics with the date visible.
Check your numbers first with the engagement rate calculator. Advertisers often run the same check before they pay.
The numbers in the report
- CPM (cost per 1,000 views) = cost ÷ views × 1,000. It uses 48-hour views when you enter them.
- Click rate = clicks ÷ views.
- Cost per subscriber = cost ÷ new subscribers from the advertiser's invite link.
These are simple ratios of the numbers you enter. They describe one campaign, not a market rate.

Frequently asked questions
What is a media kit for a Telegram channel?
A one-page summary for advertisers: what the channel is about, who reads it, average views per post, the ad formats you sell, prices and how to contact you.
What does 1/24 mean in Telegram ads?
A common shorthand: the ad stays at the top of the channel for 1 hour and in the feed for 24 hours. 2/48 means 2 hours at the top and 48 hours in the feed. Always confirm the terms in writing.
Should I show subscribers or views?
Both, but advertisers care most about average views per post, because that is the reach an ad actually gets.
How do I calculate CPM for a Telegram ad?
Divide the ad cost by the views and multiply by 1,000. For example, $40 for 4,000 views is a $10 CPM.
Is my data saved?
No. The media kit and report are built in your browser and are not sent to our website.
